A recent consultation paper by the Australian Government proposed that from 2010 all commercial building owners would have to display a NABERS rating when an office building or tenancy over 2000 square meters for sale or lease.The scheme is known as the Mandatory Disclosure of Commercial Office Building Energy Efficiency.
