New QLD sustainability declaration released

12-Feb-2010 A new, simpler version of the sustainability declaration was released today following feedback from the public and industry. Since 1 January 2010, owners have been required to complete a declaration prior to marketing a house, townhouse or unit for sale. The previous version of the form will still be accepted, however you are encouraged by Department of Infrastrucutre and Planning to use the new version.
